PRICES:  Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any items.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION: You agree to keep your account information updated. Eg. Address, email, mobile etc.

RENTAL COMPANIES: Custom orders are for personal use & non profit ONLY. If you are interested in getting an item for commercial use, please contact me. If you have previously purchased an item off me (prior to 2020) you are required to tag @mykeepernz. Any breach to any part of these terms and conditions terminates your agreement to use this page.

REFUNDS:
If you order a custom piece I DO NOT offer refunds for these items. However, I do offer a 'Garage Sale' area on my website where I will happily upload your garment to assist you in selling on.

Refunds (if applicable)
A refund will only be given if a garment arrives and it is faulty. Refunds will not be issued if a garment doesn't fit or suit you. As above, we are happy to help you sell through our facebook page. 

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES: 
International purchases may incur import fees. Purchase at your own expense as this will not be covered by My Keeper.

RENTAL AGREEMENT - MUST READ 

By entering or using any part of “www.mykeeperclothing.com”, you agree to be bound by this Rental Agreement. If you do not agree to any or all of the agreement, our services will not be available to you.

This Rental Agreement is a legal agreement between you (the renter) and My Keeper Limited.

 

COST: The cost of garments will be on each page. 

 

PAYMENT: Payment for rentals will be done through our website www.mykeeperclothing.com  The payment is to be made immediately for your booking to be secure for the date selected. Please ensure you select the exact date the rental is needed. Payment can be made by either credit card or debt card or pay pal or pay by laybuy. 

 

POSTAGE: Your garment will arrive at least one working day before your selected date unless there are unforeseen reasons, but we'll keep you posted! Tracking details will be sent via email once the garment has been sent. All postage is sent through NZ post.

Postage costs are to be paid by you (the renter) the cost $10.00/$15.00/$20.00 this cost will be added to your purchase at checkout. All garments will come with a prepaid return postage bag.

 

RETURNS: Rentals are to be returned in the prepaid postage bag provided, and to be sent the NEXT working day after your event in the provided prepaid bag. You MUST follow the instructions given on the card. If the garment isn't handed over to an NZ post counter to be scanned, you are liable if the item is lost in the mail and for any future cancellations this may cause for this particular garment. 
DO NOT put items in postage boxes, hand over at a dairy or anything similar as this means the item will not be tracked. 

 

CLICK & COLLECT: Pick up is free of charge. Please ensure you select this option at checkout and message us to make arrangements.
We only offer pickups/drop offs in the Auckland area. 

 

REFUNDS; A refund will not be provided if the garment does not fit correctly or ‘look right’ on you. If you are unsure on sizing, style, fit, please contact us beforehand as we do not refund if the garment does not fit. Please message me if you require any more information, measurements or need more photos of the garment you wish to rent.

Our refund policy lasts 48 hours from the booking date. If you do not cancel within this time you are eligible for a date swap only. 

Refunds will be given for a fault in the postal system not delivering the item on time. All of our garments are sent out with plenty of time to arrive, and with all the correct postal stickers to ensure that they do arrive on time; it is possible however for there to be a delay, in which case a full refund will be applied.

A refund will be given if the garment(s) arrive damaged i.e. stained, torn, ripped. This is very unlikely as all of our garments are checked before being sent. Photo evidence of the damage will be required the same day the item arrives. 

 

LOCKDOWN COVID 19: If you have a rental booking on a weekend where the event has been cancelled due to Covid, you will be given a code to swap the date of your rental to any other time. This code doesn't expire, so you can literally use whenever you like. If there is a price difference between the items you booked, you will be issued with a refund for the difference, just let me know if this is something that applies to you. 

 

LATE FEES: A late fee of $30 per day for every day that the garment is not returned will be charged. 

 

CLEANING & ALTERATIONS: Please do not make any alterations to the garments. Dry cleaning is included in rental fee :) 

 

DAMAGE: The customer will incur additional charges if the garment is returned late, damaged or no longer wearable.You will be charged for the repair or the full RRP of a garment if it is not able to be fixed, unless a damage waiver was purchased. There is a damage waiver available for $8 which can be purchased as an insurance for your rental. If a garment fails to be returned, you will be liable to pay the full RRP of the garment.C

TRY ONS
Garments will be sent to arrive on the date you select, but depending on the rental bookings for the garment can sometimes be a day or so after. Although, we do try our best to get them to you on the selected date. 
You will be expected to return the garment the next working day after the try on. 
Garment MUST be returned in an un-worn state.

PHOTOS:  You agree that any photos you send can be used across our website/insta/facebook.
