Our cancellation policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. OR if your order has been already shipped inside this period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If your event has been cancelled and it is 48 hours after booking, a code for swapping the rental to another date will happily be provided.

Refunds if applicable
If you receive a product that doesn't match the quality level that we have described our products to be at, you must contact us within 24 hours from the delivery of garment to be eligible for any form of reimbursement. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Refunds do not apply

If the garment does not fit, or if it doesn't suit you. This is the risk you take when you rent something. To avoid this please go to the 'TRY ONS' tab in the menu.

If the order has been placed on Thursday night, or Friday day for the Saturday rental, we do not issue refunds if the order does not arrive on time. Please select the 'Saturday Delivery' at checkout. However, I can not ensure it will arrive to you on time. 

We do not offer refunds if garment is sent to depot & you rearrange delivery time and it does not make it.

Orders that are classified as rural under NZ post system, and rural delivery was NOT paid for, will not get refunded if it does not arrive on time. Please make sure you note that you need rural delivery at check out.

When returning the item for refund, please use the pre-paid shipping bag that is provided. When using the post bags supplied you will need to ensure that you get the bar code is scanned by a shop assistant at a New Zealand Post store, so that we are able to track its progress. Postage will need to be completed the day after the complaint has been laid. 
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


If you order a custom piece we DO NOT offer refunds for these items. However, we do offer a 'Garage Sale' area on our facebook where we will happily upload your garment to try and help you sell on. 

Refunds (if applicable)
A refund will only be given if a garment arrives and it is faulty. Refunds will not be issued if a garment doesn't fit or suit you. As above, we are happy to help you sell through our facebook page. 

Before purchasing please carefully review size chart to ensure you have got the correct size for you.
Please ensure you try your items on with underwear on, must be in perfect condition no marks etc. 
If you want to return your item, you must make contact within 7 days of it arriving. You will be given store credit.
